I went to Enoshima in August. The reason
why I went there is "Nama Shirasu Don" .(a bowl of rice topped with
the raw young sardines. )I had eaten it 4 years before. It tasted very good. I
can’t remember the taste. So, I want to eat it again but I have never been to
Enoshima 4years. Look! This is Nama Shirasu Don!
Wow! It twinkles! The young sardines are usually
boiled because the freshness of these is an instant. So the place is limited
where the raw sardines can be eaten, for example a fishing port etc. I ate the bowl with ginger and soy sauce. It
is so delicious.
We can see the fine scenery from it. In spite a long distance from my house (I live in Chiba), I want to go again.

It looks very delicious! I decide to eat Shirasu Don this evening. Actually, I'd like to eat 'Nama' Sirasu Don T-T
ReplyDeleteIn your summer vacation, you visited the places which you had visited 4 years ago... haha

I love your sunset photo - you were really lucky to see such a beautiful view after your long trip there. I don't think I would like your lunch, but it looked really nice. What is the thing on the tray with red letters saying ”がんばろう日本”?Is it a hand towel?
ReplyDeleteYou had a long trip there and back, but it looks like you were satisfied by your day in Enoshima.
