Blog#7,8: Shanghai(上海)

I'm Higuchi.
I was in shanghai(上海) in surmervacation. Becauce I went there to study Chinese. I studied in Fudan University(復旦大学).

This is the Fudan University. It has thirtieth floor. It is so high. There are not only Japanese students but also many other students, American and German, Russian, Finn, Korean, Vietnamese, Taiwanese. I'm really impressed, for there are many students who love Japan and they are studying Japanese.
By the way, it is very difficult for me to listen chinese. That makes me study it so hard. 

Shanghai is very interesting. Shanghai has two sides. One side, it is economy city. so there are many higr-rise and urban buildings.  The other sides, there are also old and dirty buildings. I don't think that it is bad. Rather, I felt a good something. Most old buildings are house. So I felt nature which is losed something when it becomes city. What is it? I don't know it. But I felt crealy something, good and beautiful.

 

Japanese comics are very popular in China. Bookstore sells many Japanese comics. And, 『one piece』is the most popular comic.

 

Shanghai and people in there are more good than Japanese think. I think I want to to Shanghai next year.

 

 

 

Blog#8: Recent Skytree

     Hi, everyone, I'm Mizuki Endo. The rest of my summer vacation is only four days. It's really really sad. I hope I could take more rest, but at the same time, I hope to go to school and talk with my friends.

     Today, I'd like to talk about recent Skytree. Please look at this picture.

It was taken on 7 September. On this day, the Skytree was lit up with five colors, red, yellow, green, blue and purple. Can you guess why this tower was lit up with these colors? It is because next 7 September is the day decided the place which we hold the Olympics in 2020. And in order to enthuse it, they lit the Skytree and held the event.  

     Although I have some doubt that if the Olympics hold in Tokyo, we will have some good things or not (for example, the problem of economic effects, climate, safety and so on), on this day, I forgot these things and I enjoyed the variations of lights. What do you think about holding the Olympics in Tokyo?

Blog#8: My summer trip

Hi, I’m Yuri. Today, I’ll tell you about my summer trip.

Did you take a trip during this summer vacation? I took a trip from August 20 to 21 with my high school friends. We went to Kujuukuri in Chiba. Do you know Kujuukuri? There is a very beautiful sea in the town. These pictures are Kujuukurihama.

We had a barbecue party in that night. We ate a lot of meats and had a good time. Next day, we enjoyed relaxing by playing cards and so on.

This trip was a very nice memory for us. We promised to take a trip next year, too!!

Blog#7: I went to Korea!

     Hello, I'm Mizuki Endo. Now, I have a big news. I went to Korea with my friend from 17 August to yesterday! I've been to Korea at once, so this is the second time to go to Korea :) But this time, I went to Busan and Seoul. Busan is the place which I visit for the first time. It was a very very interesting trip! I would like to talk about this trip.
     On the first and second day, I visited Busan. In Busan, I went up the Busan tower and Heaundae(海雲台、ヘウンデ). I've heard that we can see Japan from the Busan tower, but we couldn't see it because of the night...but a night view was so beautiful! Heaundae is a seaside resort area, where Bae Yongjun(ペヨンジュン) also took a rest. I felt refreshed, too.
     From the third day to the last day, I visited Seoul. I go shopping, eating a lot of Korean food, and the spa. I experienced 'akasuri,' too. It was a little painful, but my skin became very smooth!! When I go to Korea again, I want to do it again!!
     It was a nice trip! I am studying Korean now and I could talk with Korean people a little. It was very happy for me. But during this trip I didn't use English at once, so I forgot how to use English...hahaha

Blog#7: A fireworks display

Hi, I’m Yuri.

Today, I’ll tell you about fireworks display (花火大会). In summer, many fireworks display take place in Japan. I think fireworks bring us feeling of summer.

So, I went to “Edogawa fireworks display” on 4 August. There were many people in Edogawa, so I was tired before fireworks display started. However I became happy when I looked fireworks, because they were very beautiful!! Look at these pictures!

Blog#:6 My memorable song

Hi, I'm Higuchi.

This singer is Inoue Yousui(井上陽水). He is one of my favorite singers. His father was a docter. so
 he must have become a docter too. He challenged examinations which were medilcal college three times. But he couldn't pass examinations three times. He gave up a docer and determined to be a singer because he loves to sing a song. I like his singing voice so much.

By the way, my favorite song which he sings is 『少年時代』. This song is very memorable for me. Because I sang it with my classmates in a musicail contest when I was a junior high school student. My class was only a folk song. Other classmates said Why was a folk song. Why Inoue Yousui? Fotunately, My classmates liked him too. so we choiced it. It was only. There was no reason any more. We couldn't sing it very well. But we sang with our soul. And a audience began to hum this song. I was surprised. Amazing!  Yousui's power!!! I was impressed! Thank you ,Yousui!!

Blog#6: My favorite singer

Hi ;) I'm Maho. I will introduce singer which I absorbed in these days, EXO. EXO is attached S.M.Entertainment (SME). SME is the biggest Korean pop idols office. TVXQ(東方神起) and SNSD(少女時代)　are attached SME too.
EXO is debuted April 11th, 2012. (July 17th 2012, it is debuted only 100 days.) It is composed EXO-K and EXO-M. They are made up of 6 people each groups. EXO-K acts in Korea, EXO-M acts in China. In usual they act separately, and sometimes they act togther.
EXO means EXO planet is outside of the solar system. It is funny concept, isn't it ?  So 12 people can use  psychic abilitys, for example transpoter and  spewing fire etc...  We can see their psychic abilities on this MV "MAMA".

The left side is EXO-K, the right side is EXO-M. These are same melody, but K sings it in Korean and M sings it in Chinese.
They are good at dancing. Some member can speak not only Korean or Chinese,but also English or other language.They will come to Japan next month for a concert. I want to go but I can't reserve the ticket X(
